My husband, Ben, and I are the owners of Helping Hand Equity.  We are licensed and bonded manufactured dealers in both Oregon and Washington. We started investing in real estate in 2009 and soon began to realize that there was an under served market for sellers and buyers in the mobile home industry, especially in Vancouver, WA area. In 2011 we officially began Helping Hand Equity and have exclusively been assisting buyer and sellers of manufactured homes ever since.  We seek to help individuals and families find affordable housing so they can enjoy the life and not be faced with the burden of an expensive mortgage.
