Walker Powell is a 7th generation Walker County resident and a graduate of Sam Houston State University class of 2018.  Along with the knowledge gained from his successful real estate career, he has over a decade of experience in land and wildlife management in the whitetail deer breeding industry.  Walker is highly familiar with East Texas, the vast majority of the State of Texas, and is eager to assist any prospective client – Individual or Corporate.

Since being hired at HomeLand Properties in 2018, Walker has remained a top-producing agent/broker accounting for an estimated 200+ transactions and $100+ million in total production volume.  Walker also earned the respected Accredited Land Consultant ‘ALC’ designation in 2023.  Walker is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma.
