ReNauta has a B.A. in English Literature from Saint Louis University and earned her Masters of Business Administration from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.  She is a certified Lean Sigma Six Green Belt and Master of Public Speaking, and a licensed real estate broker in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Re’Nauta Bell brings a strong foundation in site acquisition, disposition, and location strategy from her experience as a corporate real estate advisor. She assists clients across various industries and global markets by identifying and selecting optimal locations for business operations. She has a distinct knack for thriving in fast-paced and high-stakes environments that lie in the heartbeat of economic growth.

With a client base including Fortune 500, midcap, and privately held corporations, she uses  fine-tuned strategic acumen and financial analysis skills to adeptly handle intricate real estate transactions. Re’Nauta thoroughly understands the life cycle stages of commercial real estate, land development, and economies. She leads with a strong analytical approach, leveraging data to reveal opportunities and mitigate risks. Coupled with her strong negotiation abilities, she creates advantageous deal structures for stakeholders which drive win-win solutions.

Re’Nauta works in partnership at NLR with her husband of 18 years, Chris. She is the mother of  two beautiful children, Natalia and Alex, and the Yorkie mom of Tinkerbell and Krishna. In her free time she enjoys creating large-scale abstract artwork, interior design, writing poetry, and volunteering in her community.
