I was born in Buenos Aires Argentina and moved with my family to Miami Beach in 1980. I have lived in South Florida for the past 44 years. In 2003 I got my Certified Residential Appraiser's License and in 2004 my Real Estate License. I am still an active appraiser and Realtor.
