Heath Fant joined the National Land Realty team in January 2021. Heath was raised between Hoover, Al and the family cattle farm in Sumter County, Al. After a career in the military and law enforcement, Heath retired to pursue a career as an auctioneer which led him to specialize in land sales. Heath is licensed in Alabama and Georgia with more than a decade of land sales experience with commercial, residential, and recreational properties. He also brings with him and a lifetime of experience managing farm and hunting properties.

Heath currently resides in Birmingham, Al. Heath is a member of Shades Mountain Baptist Church and an active member of several Masonic, civic and Veterans organizations. He enjoys hunting of all kinds but is an avid bird hunter. When he is not working, he can usually be found in Lodge, camping, fishing or hunting with his son, Alex, and dog, FantC.
